Montara Hospitality Group’s newest development, Tri Vananda, will reveal a holistic, first-of-its-kind health and wellness residential community and resort in Phuket, Thailand, designed to empower its members to achieve and sustain measurable transformations in physical and mental well-being. Tri Vananda is envisioned as Asia’s new wellness benchmark. The wellness residential community, the wellness resort, and a wetland nature reserve will be spread across 232 acres of land. Only 15% of the land will be developed, preserving the natural layout of many lakes and providing guests and residents with access to a vast expanse of nature. Tri Vananda will be a multigenerational community founded on the values of wellness, sustainability, and hospitality. Tri Vananda will include residential villas, a wellness resort, and a comprehensive medical and wellness centre specialising in integrative and functional medicine, as well as cognitive well-being. The low-density development will be designed to be sustainable and nature- centric, with renewable energy facilities and a tiered wetland filtration system. Residential villas that are fully furnished and equipped in a variety of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations. Tri Vananda has enlisted the help of spa and wellness industry expert Susan Harmsworth, who serves on the Advisory Boards of the Global Wellness Summit and the Global Wellness Institute, and Under a Tree, an experiential consultancy led by award-winning health, wellness, and sustainability expert Amy McDonald, to help create a holistic suite of offerings. Three renowned Thai firms are contributing their expertise to the master plan of the residential community and resort: Habita Architects, P49 Deesign, and Arsomsilp Community and Environmental Architect, all under the technical direction of Susan Harmsworth and Under a Tree.
